You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bz999 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you. All bz999 accounts for Pakistani members are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The account currency is set at registration and cannot subsequently be changed. bz999 does not apply currency conversion markups to PKR-denominated accounts.
In accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards, bz999 requires all members to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. bz999 may also request identity verification at any other time it deems appropriate, including at account registration, during a bonus claim, or upon a change in account information.
bz999 will use reasonable endeavours to complete identity verification within two (2) business days of receiving all required documentation. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), bz999 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake to the member's PKR wallet, or to recalculate the bet at the correct odds at its discretion. bz999 will use reasonable endeavours to notify affected members promptly.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and settlement delays. bz999 does not guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets for any fixture. Bets placed after the outcome of a relevant event has been determined — whether due to a delay in the member's internet connection or any other reason — may be voided by bz999 upon review.
Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport in question. For cricket markets, the result as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC) or the relevant domestic board (such as the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL markets) shall be definitive. bz999 reserves a period of up to 72 hours following the conclusion of any event to complete settlement where the official result is subject to confirmation or review.
Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply on the bz999 sportsbook and are displayed in the cashier and bet slip sections. Winnings exceeding the published maximum payout for any single bet or combination will be reduced to the maximum payout amount.

bz999 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bz999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or connectivity issues beyond its reasonable control.
